SCHOOL NURSE:
The Gilbert School in Winsted CT is looking to hire a School Nurse who will be working closely and reporting to our School Nursing Supervisor for grades 7-12. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse, with preferably a Bachelor's degree, licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut. Experience in a school setting is not necessary. In addition to the nursing requirements for this position, the successful candidate should be able to handle a fast-paced office, multi-task with enthusiasm, deal with confidential issues, as well as be a compassionate individual who portrays strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with teenagers. Work schedule follows school calendar.
