Primary Purpose: Responsible for the design, implementation, and long-term sustainability of the district's educator pipeline and compensation initiatives. This role serves as the primary manager of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) and the PREP (Preparing and Retaining Educators through Partnership) suite of allotments. Ensure that the district recruits, develops, and retains high-quality educators through innovative staffing models and performance-based pay systems.
Qualifications (Education/Certification):
Master's degree from accredited university
Valid Texas administrator certificate AND teaching certificate
Current T-TESS apppraiser certificate
