Supervisor of Special Services -12 Month
JOB SUMMARY:
The 12-Month Supervisor of Special Education is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and implementation of special education programs and services. This role includes supervising staff, supporting instructional practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and facilitating the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The supervisor works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, service providers, and families to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Supervisor Certificate
- Master's Degree in Special Education or related field
- 5+ years successful special education teaching or child study team experience
- Knowledge of curriculum, instruction and assessment practices in special education settings
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of teachers and administrators
- Previous experience with preschool preferred
