Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Director of Transportation, Transportation Coordinator, and other drivers to ensure efficient route operations.
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and school staff regarding transportation procedures and expectations.
- Collaborate with school administrators regarding student behavior or transportation concerns.
Professional Standards, Growth, and Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs meet DOT, state, and district safety standards.
- Maintain required licensure and certifications, including CDL and endorsements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in all driving responsibilities.
- Participate in required training and stay current on transportation safety practices and regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

- Sitting – Frequent (2.5 – 5.25 hours/day)

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the school district and transportation services.
