What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
• Sort mail, prepare photocopies, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with meetings, transcribe minutes, and manage office supplies.
• Maintain records, monitor reporting deadlines, and assist with special projects.
• Perform database research and provide reports.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in office administration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
