School Support Nurse - Foster Elementary - 2026-2027

The Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of School Support Nurse at Foster Elementary effective with the start of the 2026-2027 school year.

The school support nurse assists the certified school nurse in the daily operations of the school health office, provides health office coverage in the school  nurse's absence, and provides direct assistance to students, staff, and families.

This is a part-time, on-site, permanent position working 7 hours per day (plus a 30 minute unpaid lunch) 3 days per week as scheduled by the Health Services Department.

Qualifications
PA licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Active CPR Certification
Graduate of an approved nursing program
Operational knowledge of relevant technologies, including computers, mobile and hand-held devices, and medical office equipment

Rate:
RN $18.27
LPN: $17.27

This position is eligible for paid time off in the form of an annual allotment of sick days and an annual academic reimbursement option. It is not eligible for paid personal days or subsidized health benefits.
