Summer Camp Counselor (Multiple)

Roselle Park Summer Youth Camp Counselors (Day Camp)

Multiple positions available

Dates:  06/29/2026 - 08/14/2026 plus Pre-Camp Orientation dates TBD

Hours:  Shifts between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 5 days per week

Location:  TBD

Reports To: Summer Camp Director / Summer Camp Staff Supervisor & Operations Manager

Qualifications:  

• Must be 18+ years old (16+ for Junior Counselor roles)
• Previous experience working with children (camp counselor, coaching, tutoring, or babysitting) is preferred
• Strong communication, high energy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must be able to pass required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Must be able to attend mandatory pre-camp training (usually held in early-mid June)
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Benefits:  Position is seasonal, non-benefits eligible

Salary $15.92/hr to $21.00/hr depending on experience
