Description
Provide mentoring and support to classroom teachers. Assist teachers withclassroom management, instructional strategies, and student interventions. Help design job-embedded professional learning for staff. Work with teachers and school administration to analyze student data, diagnose instructional needs and identify research-based instructional strategies to improve student learning and close achievement gaps. Provide job-embedded professional development for teachers through modeling engaging, standards-based teaching as needed. Must have training and evidence of work with struggling learners.
