Terms of Employment:
11 months / 211 days per year. Salary is based on the EISD Elementary ACE (Resource) Compensation Plan and paid under a term or probationary contract, as applicable. Annual base salary: $100,000.
Additional Performance Compensation:
Accountability Rating A =$15,000 Annualized One-Time Incentive
Accountability Rating B =$10,000 Annualized One-Time Incentive
Accountability Rating C =$5,000 Annualized One-Time Incentive
