Position:
0.8 FTE Assistant Principal – Lyme-Old Lyme Middle School (Grades 6- 8)
0.2 FTE Principal – Center School (PK3- PK4)
The successful candidate will serve in a dual leadership role, working as a partner with the principal to provide educational leadership and day-to-day management for Lyme-Old Lyme Middle School (grades 6–8), while also serving as the principal of Center School, overseeing programming for PK3 and PK4 students. This position requires a dynamic and collaborative leader capable of supporting both secondary and early childhood educational environments.

- High level of success in previous positions.
- Ability to create a challenging, engaging, and supportive climate for teaching and learning across multiple grade levels.
- Excellent written, verbal, and technology skills.
- Strong administrative and management skills.
- Connecticut 092 certification.
- Demonstrated competencies, attitudes, and personal characteristics aligned with high district standards.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits per group contract and salary schedule.
