26/27 SY Long Term Substitute - Grade 3

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related content area.
• Certification: Must possess or be eligible for one of the CT State Department of Education (013) Elementary, K-6 Certification. (113) Integrated Early Childhood/SPED, Nursery-K, Elementary 1-3

Salary:  $130/day benefit eligible as required (after 40 consecutive days, $275.16 BA, Step 1, if certified)

Period of Employment:  August 2026 through December 2026

Reports to:  Building Principal

• Ability to positively engage teachers, students, and families in the learning process.
• A commitment to collaborating with colleagues to improve learning outcomes for all students.
• Ability to use data to inform instructional decisions and interventions.

• Ability to build organizational capacity around best practices and instruction based on our district's continuous improvement work.
