Requirements / Qualifications

DEFINITION: Under the supervision of a site administrator, keeps assigned building or office space clean and orderly and does other duties as assigned. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: One to two years custodial experience. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of: Common cleaning methods and use of everyday tools of cleaning and minor maintenance work. Ability to: Get along with people. Physical ability to do custodial work. Ability to carry out verbal or written instructions. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with students and staff.
