Certified: Early Childhood Teacher - Structured Teach

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Participates in the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois.
Eligible for paid holidays, time off benefits and medical/dental insurance benefits.
Location may change based on the needs of students.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Professional Educator License (PEL) issued by ISBE in Early Childhood Education (Self-contained General Education)
Endorsement in Early Childhood Education (Self-Contained Special Education Classroom)
Endorsement in ESL
Approval/Endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education
Experience working with early childhood population, children with special education needs, case manager responsibilities and IEP paperwork.
Knowledge of ABA type methodologies such as discrete trials, structured work tasks, and/or other curriculum-based research for children on the Autism Spectrum preferred
Collaborative team member, strong oral and written communication skills highly preferred

*Spanish language skills preferred.
