Applicants:                   Qualifications: Possess one (1) of the following:

1.   Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total); or

2.   Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or

3.   Passed the ParaPro/ParaPathways Assessment within 90 days of start date

Additional Qualifications:

1.   Ability to work with children with multiple needs

2.   Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special

      Education Teacher

3.   Ability to work cooperatively with Administration, Regular

      Education Teachers, other assigned Staff, and Parents

4.   Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction

Start Date:                    ASAP

Hourly Rate:                $17.42 per hour – Wages in accordance with the CBA for the Groton Paraeducator Chapter CSEA/SEIU Local 2001
