Description
At the present time, a part-time Bus Monitor exists within the Division of Administrative & Management Services of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position will work a floater schedule covering different bus routes at 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with school aged children desired, but not required.
- First Aid/CPR certification helpful. Must have reliable transportation to meet bus.
- Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist students to enter and exit bus.
- Secure equipment that may accompany clients on the bus.
2025-2026 Salary:
$14.77 per hour
*Effective July 1st, 2026 rate increases to $15.29 per hour*
