About the Position
The Learning Technology Center is hiring an Instructional Technology Coach to partner with schools in transforming teaching and learning through impactful, research-based use of technology. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple districts, such as Central SD 51 Havana 126, and Monroe SD 70, helping educators turn great ideas into meaningful classroom practice.
In this role, you'll work side-by-side with teachers and district leaders to provide job-embedded coaching (co-planning, modeling, co-teaching, and feedback), design engaging professional learning, and support the thoughtful use of instructional technology and AI. You'll have the opportunity to influence real change—aligning your work to district priorities, building teacher capacity, and using data to show measurable impact on instruction and student learning. We're looking for an experienced educator or instructional leader with a passion for teaching and learning and a strong background in educational technology. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys collaborating across schools and districts, and is excited to help educators grow. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in education, the ability to provide both in-person and virtual support, and willingness to travel between districts. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
