Soaring Heights is a STEM focus school with an emphasis on neuroscience where students have access to daily Innovation Time. Soaring Heights offers the rigorous St. Vrain Valley Schools curriculum in conjunction with many student-centered hands-on activities. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Secretary to support the daily operations of our school. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for students, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist students, families, and visitors
-Monitor and manage the front entrance and building access
-Field questions and provide general support to the school community
-Assist the registrar, attendance clerk, and principal secretary as needed
-Support overall front office operations and communication
Qualifications:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Professional, welcoming demeanor
-Experience in a school or office setting preferred
