Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in Professional License - Secondary Education.
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Algebra I, Algebra II, Calculus, Geometry, Math (General), Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Trigonometry, Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Mathematics III.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program. Expired certifications will be considered.

Lumen Scholar Institute is a statewide online charter school, serving students in grades K-12. At Lumen, we pride ourselves on our intimate class sizes and experienced educators. Our teachers enjoy full autonomy to adjust their live online lessons and assignments to best fit the needs of each and every student, and our students thrive in the knowledge that they are cared for and supported no matter where they are in their educational journey.
Our School Schedule: Monday -Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for all full-time teachers. Hours of employment are subject to change, and hours for part-time are dependent on the job duties.
Work Location: Teachers are required to regularly come on-site in Orem for labs, activities, meetings, etc.
Full-time position w/ benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K) All equipment and training to teach online are provided by the school
