The Plum Borough School District is seeking a strong, student-centered leader to serve as Elementary School Principal (Grades K-4).  The successful candidate will lead a high-performing elementary school focused on building a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and whole-child development, while ensuring every learner, including those requiring specialized supports, has access to high-quality instruction   As the principal of O'Block Elementary School, you will guide a dedicated team, strengthen instructional systems, and ensure every student is supported through a cohesive, data-driven approach that integrates general education, intervention, and special education services.

What You Bring:

• Master's Degree in Education or related field (Doctorate preferred)
• Valid Pennsylvania Principal PK-12 Certification
• Minimum three (3) years of successful instructional or administrative experience
• Recognized expertise in elementary instruction, MTSS, and special education, with evidence of leading high-performing, integrated systems that drive measurable gains for all learners
• Evidence of leading through data-informed decision making, cultivating high-capacity teams, and achieving measurable improvements in learner outcomes

Additional Details:

• Full-time, 260-day administrative position
• Competitive salary and benefits per the Administrative Compensation Plan
• PSERS retirement
