Intervention specialist responsibilities include the following:Grade Levels: 6-8th Middle School ELA
- Plan room arrangement and learning centers
- Plan and organize the structure of each class/activity being taught
- Assess individual students' and class needs as a whole
- Write designated sections of the ETR and IEP for assigned students
- Implement services consistent with the individualized education plan and/or annual goals identified for a student(s), including behavior plans
- Document and collect data, as needed, for all goals, objectives, and behavioral plans.
- Evaluate and report student progress.
- Develop and implement a communication system with families that effectively keeps parents informed about classroom activities and student progress.
Meet with parents as needed and initiate conferences regarding student progress.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,270.00 per year
