About the Position
The Learning Technology Center (LTC) is seeking a Program Manager, AI & Innovation to lead one of the most important and fast-evolving areas in K-12 education. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how artificial intelligence is implemented responsibly, effectively, and at scale across an entire state. You will partner directly with district leaders, educators, and organizations to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, classroom-ready strategies while helping systems navigate complex questions around instruction, governance, and equity.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond responding to demand and helps define what excellence looks like in this space. The right candidate will design and scale a portfolio of AI services—from executive advisory and professional learning to district-wide implementation roadmaps—while building repeatable frameworks that can be adopted across hundreds of districts. As LTC's lead voice in instructional AI, you will influence practice at the local, state, and national levels. This is a builder role: someone who can turn emerging needs into high-impact solutions and help position LTC as a national leader in K-12 AI integration.
What makes this role unique is its combination of autonomy, demand, and reach. You will have the flexibility to innovate, the sustained demand to support your work, and the platform to scale it statewide. This is your chance to do work that supports schools while shaping the future of teaching and learning.
