Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Work in coordination with district and campus administration including but not limited to the following:
Provide monitoring and support for student improvement and assessments of assigned campuses:- Academic RTI/MTSS/Intervention Coordinator - coordinator and track student progress and instructional supports including academic RTI/MTSS, intervention, and HB 1416 tutoring.
- Monitor and support teachers with classroom intervention and instructional planning for ESL/EB and Special Education students.
- Track student academic progress throughout the school year regarding current grade level skills mastery and grade recovery.
- Campus testing coordinator for state and local assessments including mClass, MAP, benchmarks, CFAs, STAAR, and GT.
- Data disaggregation for all assessments in all grade levels and content areas.
- State and local accountability information coordinator for assigned campuses.
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) related to intervention supports, data disaggregation, and accountability.
- Assist with / lead campus and district professional development related to responsibilities and Curriculum and Instruction.
- Assist district with Academic UL activities.
- Support Campus Improvement Plan, District Improvement Plan, and Title I activities.
- Assist with campus scheduling such as master, intervention, tutors, and field trips.
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required, including confidential student and teacher records.
- Comply with federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy. Comply with all district and local campus routines and regulations.
- May complete other duties as assigned not to exceed 5% of the employee’s time.
