Odyssey Charter School, Inc. in Palm Bay, Florida, is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated high school teacher to join our award-winning team!

About Our Schools
Founded in 1999, Odyssey Charter School (K–12) and Odyssey Preparatory Academy (K–5) are Cognia-accredited public charter schools serving approximately 2,400 students from Preschool through Grade 12 across two campuses on Florida's Space Coast. We are looking for exceptional teachers that want to support our mission in nurturing healthy, well-educated children.
Responsibilities

- Use student data to inform instruction

- Integrate health, wellness, and character education into instruction
- Participate in professional development and school initiatives
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent teaching, writing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, parents, and leadership.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal education policies and regulations.
- Thorough understanding of how current learning and teaching styles affect education.
- Strong creative thinking, organization, and crisis management skills.
- Comfortable working with or learning common technologies, such as video conferencing, smart devices, online materials, and learning management platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a related field
- Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility for Florida certification through reciprocity
- Teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to whole-child education; Montessori experience a plus
Certification & Relocation Support

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $51,000–$68,000
