Teacher of Electronics Technology (Anticipated Opening) 2026-2027 School Year

The Morris County Vocational School District is a dynamic learning environment, committed to the mission to provide vocational and enrichment programs that inspire and prepare students to succeed in today's world and pursue tomorrow's opportunities.  For the 2026-2027 academic year, Morris County Vocational School District has an anticipated opening for a full-time, tenure track, Teacher of Electronics Technology.   Candidates holding a CE, CEAS, or Standard certification in Electronics Technology are encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications:

1. Certification in Teacher of Electronics Technology (endorsement code #4174) is required.
2. Masters degree or doctoral degree preferred
3. Strong subject matter and NJSLS knowledge
4. Ability to differentiate instruction based upon individual student needs
5. Strong skill set in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, and implementing a variety of pedagogical strategies.
6. Experience utilizing data to make informed instructional decisions
7. Strong classroom management and communication skills
8. Understanding of Universal Design for Learning and inclusive instructional practices

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $65,455 to $109,685.  This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, sick, personal, bereavement, and family illness days.
