For the 2026-2027 academic year, Morris County Vocational School District has an anticipated opening for a full-time, tenure track, Teacher of Electronics Technology. Candidates holding a CE, CEAS, or Standard certification in Electronics Technology are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Teacher of Electronics Technology (endorsement code #4174) is required.
- Masters degree or doctoral degree preferred
- Strong subject matter and NJSLS knowledge
- Ability to differentiate instruction based upon individual student needs
- Strong skill set in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, and implementing a variety of pedagogical strategies.
- Experience utilizing data to make informed instructional decisions
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Understanding of Universal Design for Learning and inclusive instructional practices
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $65,455 to $109,685. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, sick, personal, bereavement, and family illness days.
