Current opening for a Paraprofessional - Social Communications Program - Mason, Ohio

The position is located at the WCESC Western Row Campus full-time 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). 

Warren County ESC's Social Communication Program is committed to providing high-quality education and support for all students, including those with diverse learning needs. Our team values collaboration, inclusivity, and student-centered learning. We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support our students and educators in creating a positive and effective learning environment.  The Paraprofessional will assist teachers and support staff in delivering instruction, providing behavioral and academic support, and ensuring students have access to the resources they need for continued success. This role involves working with students individually and in small groups, reinforcing learning activities, and assisting with classroom management.  We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $16 to $27 per hour, based on years of experience and qualifications within this field.  The position would follow a school schedule with holidays, weeks, and summers off.  The WCESC also offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes dental and life insurance, as well as contributions to the School Employee Retirement Systems (SERS).  Please see the job description for additional details.  Apply today!
