5th Grade ELA/Math Teacher

Madeira City Schools has an opening for a 5th ELA/Math Teacher for the 26-27 school year.  This is a one-year auto-expire contract.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Math and ELA grade level standards.
• Evidence of lesson planning and instructional design which includes problem solving/reasoning skills, inquiry-based learning, and real-world/community connections
• Demonstrated knowledge of intervention methods and materials needed within instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Evidence of positive communication/collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
• A commitment to grow professionally and work collaboratively across grade levels and content areas
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and bringing a global perspective into the classroom
• This is a one-year contract.

Valid Ohio Teaching License is required.
