Job Description:
The Spring Lake Park School District is currently seeking a qualified payroll coordinator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking school district community. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining all functions relating to payroll while providing the highest level of customer service.
The successful candidate will possess the following education and experience . . .
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent technology
- Working knowledge of payroll laws, general policies or procedures and their potential impact on employees
- Passion to work within a diverse and changing community

- Demonstrated ability to multitask at a high level while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Creator and developer of solutions, not an admirer of the problems
- Demonstrated ability to learn, develop and implement new practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster collaborative relationships inside and outside of the payroll department
- Demonstrated ability to process and analyze large amounts of data with the highest degree of accuracy
- Capacity and passion to continually improve and develop as a payroll professional
- Interested in working in a fun environment with high expectations and the desire to achieve results
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Sick Leave, 403(b), Life, LTD, FSA
Other: Salary pro-rated based on start date.
