TITLE: Intensive Learning Support (ILS) Paraprofessional
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would qualify
- High School diploma required
- Meet one of the highly qualified status requirements below:
- Two years of post- secondary education coursework or
- Highly Qualified Special Education Certificate through PDE or
- Passing score on the Comprehensive Assessment of Paraprofessional Educators (CAPE) Test or
- Possess the ability to obtain highly qualified status through educational opportunities provided within the timeline of the district.
- Prior experience working with students with disabilities
- Must have obtained (or will obtain) valid PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal History Background Checks (use code 1KG6XN) within the last twelve (12) months
