The license must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.

Actively work to build enrollment by enforcing and communicating our unique vision, values, and mission to current and prospective families. Academic Growth: Champion a culture of high expectations by driving significant gains in student proficiency. Leverage diagnostic tools to turn data into action, ensuring our students are performing at the highest levels of academic excellence. The Relationship Hierarchy: Masterfully navigate our priority structure: Parent > Student > Teacher. We recognize parents as our primary partners and treat students as valued treasures. Teacher Mentorship: Provide high-level leadership to faculty, inspiring them to reach high, attainable goals. Conduct evaluations based on proficiency, growth, and "Culture Contributions."
