Full/Part-Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

 We are looking for a passionate Intervention Specialist to develop and implement individualized learning strategies for students. This position involves leading educational initiatives, providing classroom support, and ensuring students meet academic goals.

• Create and manage individualized learning plans for students, documenting progress and measuring the effectiveness of interventions.
• Lead educational assistants in the classroom and manage caseload responsibilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and use data to guide service planning and educational strategies.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and district goals.
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and create a structured, supportive learning environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Ohio State Board of Education credentials.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment (background checks provided for free by MCESC).
