| EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: | High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience is required. |
| LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: | The following certifications and training are required upon hire or within six months of employment: CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), DHS Certification. |
| RATE OF PAY: | The wage for this position ranges from $20.16 to $25.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget. |
| BENEFITS: | This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state's largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). Leave benefits will be applied in accordance with Minnesota law. |
