Paraprofessional – Full-Time Position
Position Begins: Immediately
Monday through Friday (5 days a week)
7.25 hours (6.75 hours paid with a 30 minute unpaid lunch)
Educational Aide Permit required.
Cleared BCI/FBI background check required.
Experience working with a variety of learning differences and behaviors.
Ability to support students in all academic content areas.
Ability to support students experiencing social, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Willingness to assist in providing direct hygiene care and toileting.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Willingness to be trained by related staff service members to provide appropriate support.
Willingness to be a "team member" for instruction and care of students.
Must be able to follow specific teacher directions and maintain confidentiality of students.
This position also requires basic computer skills and the ability to work in a variety of classrooms and alongside multiple teachers.
