Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging instruction
• Develop curriculum aligned to workforce needs, state standards, and student interests
• Collaborate with an institute of higher education to serve as a College Credit Plus (CCP) instructor
• Build and maintain strong industry partnerships
• Establish and facilitate a Program Advisory Committee
• Work closely with school and district staff to ensure a high-quality, future-ready program

• Child and Adolescent Development (Subject Code: 350003)
• Curriculum and Instruction for Teaching Professions (Subject Code: 3500200)
• Classroom Management (Subject Code: 350030)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of documented, relevant industry experience
• Must have a Masters of Education or related field (CCP requirement)
• Willingness to work with an institute of higher education to become a CCP instructor
• Appropriate teaching license or the ability to obtain one through the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce Development
