PROGRAM PRINCIPAL- SECONDARY (12-month)
(PA Principal Certification Required)
Master's Degree Required (Doctorate Preferred)
Must have a demonstrated record of accomplishments, leadership, and communication skills; strong knowledge of differentiated instruction, curriculum, and learning communities; data analysis; and success as an instructional leader. Experience as an educational leader in public school preferred. Prior administrative experience preferred. Experience working with teachers to develop skills in data analysis and using data to drive instruction, using technology, providing guidance within special education and gifted programs, and monitoring district strategic plan is required.
