Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Position Start Date: ASAP
Position Days/Hours: Student Contact Days; Monday - Friday; 8.0 hrs/day
Salary: $27.50/hr. (Tier 7)
Responsible To: Special Education Supervisor/Building Principal
Position Purpose: To provide speech and language services to students with disabilities under the direction of a licensed speech and language pathologist.
Education/Certification Requirements: Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Current and valid license through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
