MAINTENANCE

Maintenance provides maintenance services to the district to ensure compliance with Board of Education, Administration, EPA, OSHA, and Health Department standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Good physical health and clean background check
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Must possess a valid driver's license
4. Experience in building maintenance and repair involving boilers, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custodial operations strongly desired
5. Technologically adept
6. Ability to read basic instructions and write reports
7. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
8. Ability to communicate written and orally in English
9. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to staff
10. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks 

SALARY:   Commensurate with experience
