Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and SubjectArea Endorsement or Eligibility: Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities and content area certificate required
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status 

Salary & Benefits:

• Per the established WEA Salary Guide ranging from $56,000 to $105,677
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
• Sick and personal days are included per the WEA contract.
