Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy at Falcon Heights Elementary School for a special education paraprofessional to provide program support to elementary age students in grades K-6 in a special education setting, including playground and lunch room supervision. This position works 6 hours per day starting as soon as possible. Working hours are 8:50 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.
Qualifications: Special Education paraprofessionals must possess 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of study from an institution of higher education or an AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree, OR must provide a passing score on the MN ParaPro Test or ParaEducator Assessment. Compensation: Starting salary range is $17.95 - $20.25 per hour, plus a district contribution toward insurance. Special Education paraprofessionals have an opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour upon completion of optional district Special Education para training.
