PSAT, AP/IB Testing Proctor

Proctor: 
Minnetonka Public Schools is acepting applications for PSAT, AP/IB Proctor for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves preparing the exam environment, verifying candidate identities, enforcing rules and reporting. Applicants may or may not hold a teaching license; both licensed and non-licensed individuals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and organize the exam environment according to institutional or testing guidelines.
• Verify candidate identities and explain exam rules.
• Monitor candidates during the exam to prevent cheating or misconduct.
• Respond to candidate questions within the scope of exam policies.
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities.
• Collect and secure exam materials post-exam.
• For online exams: assist with login, monitor software, and escalate technical issues as needed.

Proctor Pay Rates:  

1. Non-licensed: $17.80 per hour
2. Licensed:  $35.05 per hour
3. Minnetonka Retiree:

• Non-licensed regular payrate when retired.
• Licensed- $35.05 per hour

1. Current Employees:

• Non-licensed: Current Payrate
• Licensed: $35.05 per hour

AP/IB Testing licensed/non-licensed: $35.05 per hour
