1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Plainville High School

1:1 nursing services for a student with complex medical needs 7 hours per day (7:15 to 2:15).  Additional hours available when the student participates in after school activities 

Duties may include student personal medical care needs (i.e. colostomy care, possible hoyer lift), medication administration, hygiene needs, and stretching program). Experience with state health regulations, medically complex students, and special education documentation is preferred. This role also includes supporting the student with academic/functional skills tasks and use of assistive technology tools under the direction of special education certified staff.

Hourly rate is $36.10 per hour.
