Middle School Art Teacher - Grades 5-8

Position is 1.2 FTE for the 2025-26 school year.

St. Croix Prep is seeking an enthusiatic and energetic Art teacher. Position starts on August 1, 2025.

Required qualifications:

• MN 5-12 Art Teaching License
• Experience teaching middle school
• Creativity and enthusiasm for art to inspire students
• Able to plan and work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with,
  • a classical model of education or a liberal arts education
  • college preparatory rigor in a middle school setting
  • Paidiea or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods
  • PLC groups/Q Comp programs

Annual compensation ranges from $44,428-$65,847, depending upon years of teaching experience. This position is eligible for benefits. Our current Benefits Guide (attached) details the employer-sponsored benefits available at St. Croix Prep.
