Marching Band Director - Salisbury High School

The Salisbury Township School District is seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as the Marching Band Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education, leadership, and marching band performance, along with a passion for fostering student growth and building a positive, inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the marching band program, including rehearsal planning, performance preparation, student mentorship, and coordination with school administration, parents, and community members. They will collaborate with staff and students to ensure a high standard of musical excellence, discipline, and teamwork.
