Job Summary: Teaching Substitute

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

1. Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment 

2. Provide support and assistance to students throughout the school day 

3. Execute lesson plans in a way that instruction con be accomplished within allotted time

4. Follow policies and procedures as set forth by administration 

5. Provide a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment 

6. Follow direction of classroom teacher 

7. Other duties assigned by building administrator 

LICENSE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

1. High School diploma required.
2. Must possess or obtain and Indiana Substitute Teaching license.
3. Some college  credit hours and prior experience working in school environment is preferred.
