Position Purpose: Develop and implement student support plans to maximize academic achievement for students who are at-risk of not meeting grade level expectations due to missing skills in their approach to learning such as frequent absences, disengagement, and work refusals. Support will include strategies such as frequent check-ins, data collection, goal setting, encouragement, and reflection under the direction of administration and in collaboration with the MTSS team.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, motivate, and inspire individuals and groups.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates’ degree in a field of human services such as social services, education, psychology.
Experience working in a school setting or experience working with youth; formal training may be substituted for work experience.
Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS).
