Part-Time Site Coordinator – ESL/ABS and Adult Continuing Education Programs 2025-26
Description
The Part-Time Site Coordinator is responsible for maintaining general order, effective and efficient delivery of grant-funded (IELCE and ABS), and other career/enrichment continuing education classes. The Site Coordinator is responsible for facilitating services to other instructors as well as students while on duty.
DUTIES:
Support instructors and students with operational and logistical site-specific needs.
Provide general, customer-service oriented guidance to instructors/staff.
Handle inquiries from the general public as well as students via the phone and walk-ins.
Collaborate with site-specific administration, I.T. staff, security personnel, and maintenance/janitorial staff with regard to scheduling and special requests.
Provide technical assistance to instructors as needed.
Attend meetings as scheduled.
Assist with the coordination of student testing, registration, and recruitment events.
Assist instructors/students with complaints, discipline, health and safety in accordance with policies and procedures as approved by the Board of Education.
Perform other duties, as assigned by administration, that fall within the scope of job responsibilities.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10 Month Position; (5) hours per evening/Saturday morning ($35 per hour)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Documented or demonstrated customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of computers and instructional technology
Meet all personnel qualifications as established by the Board of Education
