Kulm Public School is accepting applications for an Assistant Girls’ Golf Coach.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to connect with high school students and support the head coach in fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of golf fundamentals, rules, and strategies for competitive play.
Ability to assist in developing individual skills in a supportive and instructional manner.
Strong organizational skills to help with practices, meet preparation, and team logistics.
Effective communication with student-athletes, parents, coaching staff, and school personnel.
Commitment to promoting sportsmanship, confidence, and personal growth in student-athletes.
Willingness to work collaboratively with the head coach and contribute to the success of the overall golf program.
Responsible for assisting with the supervision and direction of the team during all practices, meets, and team events.
- Models respectful, ethical behavior and promotes high standards of conduct on and off the course.
- Willing to provide transportation (with school-provided vehicles) to practice and events.
