Description

SUMMARY
The Success for All (SFA) Facilitator supports the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the SFA model to raise student achievement. The facilitator provides instructional leadership, intervention support, professional development, and ensures fidelity to the program, with a strong focus on student growth and teacher collaboration.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and/or Secondary Education, English endorsement, current Arizona teaching certificate, and demonstrated ability to work in a cultural setting. Reading endorsement preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Instructional Leadership & Student Achievement:

  • Develops quarterly academic and programmatic goals to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates student achievement and is directly responsible for student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with grade-level classroom teachers to develop detailed lesson plans aligned with SFA and curriculum standards.
  • Leads and monitors the implementation of the Success for All reading program and related instructional practices.
  • Provides job-embedded professional development to enhance teacher capacity and student learning.
  • Monitors the fidelity of the Success for All program implementation through observations, coaching, and data analysis.
Student Intervention & Support:
  • Leads intervention groups, working directly with students who are minimally proficient or performing below grade level.
  • Administers and scores assessments to evaluate student progress, inform grouping, and improve instructional outcomes.
  • Refers students for physical, mental, social, and educational services not available in the regular classroom when needed.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement, attendance and assessment data.
Collaboration & Resource Support:
  • Collaborates closely with teachers and instructional teams to design effective lesson plans and support differentiated instruction.
  • Develops and locates instructional materials and resources needed for high-quality teaching and intervention.
  • Supports data analysis and school-wide strategies for addressing academic achievement gaps.
  • Participates in school improvement initiatives and contributes to a culture of high expectations and accountability.
Professional Development & Coaching:
  • Provides continuous coaching and support to teachers through observations, modeling lessons, and feedback.
  • Leads professional learning communities and data-driven conversations focused on improving reading instruction and student outcomes.
Program Coordination:
  • Acts as liaison between the school, SFA Foundation, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Ensures program fidelity and alignment with school-wide literacy goals through regular monitoring and documentation.
  • Assists school leadership in the evaluation and reporting of program effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal to support school operations and student success.

MENTAL TASKS
Communicates – verbally and in writing. Reads. Analyze and evaluate student progress and course curriculum. Develop, implement and evaluate plans. Manages classroom. Promotes learning and ensures safety. Perform functions from written and oral instructions and from observing and listening to others. Evaluate written materials to include written assignments and tests.

PHYSICAL TASKS
Work involves the performance of duties where physical exertion is not normally required to perform all aspects of the job. Assistance is available as required to perform physically demanding tasks. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time, requires moving from one location to another, reaching, stooping, bending, and holding and grasping objects. Visual weakness must not prohibit the performance of assigned duties. Verbal communicative ability may be required of public contact positions.

EQUIPMENT, AIDS, TOOLS, MATERIALS
Uses office or instructional equipment, such as phone, copier, fax-machine, computer and associated classroom technology.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Indoor - classroom environment. Outdoor - all weather conditions and temperatures. Playground environment. Contact with the public, employees, students and parents. Exposure to noise.

CONTROL, SUPERVISION
Monitor control of students, volunteers and/or assistants in the classroom, playground, field-trips, lunchroom, library, school buses and other areas.

EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated based on instructional leadership, program implementation, and impact on student achievement

Shift Type Full-Time Salary Range: $54,600 to $60,900
