Head Start Paraprofessional (SY25/26)

This is a 10-month position, starting August 2025, for 6 hours a day, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

• Job related experience is desired
• Targeted, job-related education with study in a job-related area
• Illinois Educator License with Stipulations - Paraprofessional OR Illinois Professional Eductor License required
• At least a child development associate credential; enrolled in a program leading to an associate or baccalaureate degree; or enrolled in a child development associate credential program to be completed within 2 years. 
• Minimum of 30 college semester hours completed 

Compensation and Benefits: (EACCP 2025-2026 school year) 

 Minimum starting salary with a license - $23.36/hr
