Administration Building - Special Education Department
- Full time positions – 260 days per school year
- Monday thru Thursday Summer Schedule
- $17.00/HR.
SECRETARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High school diploma required.
- Advanced secretarial and computer skills, including a working knowledge of various applications.
- Knowledge of operating computers, and specific software programs relative to school operation.
- Previous secretarial experience, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-task environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with students, parents and personnel from various schools and agencies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain good rapport with co-workers and community.
- Maintain confidentiality of District and school business
