Coordinating Teacher for Elementary Science Education. Stipend amount $1,446. Stipend amount is per the teacher contract Differential Schedule, Appendix B. This position may be filled only by a TPS teacher. The stipend is pensionable and does affect TRB if the position-holder's certification and teaching assignment agree with the position's area of concentration.
Performance Responsibilities include: Serves as liaison between the teaching group and administrators/supervisors; Facilitates PLCs for their department; Facilitates the implementation of new programs and courses in collaboration with supervisors; Assists administrators in facilitating the selection of materials; Encourages and assists in the implementation of professional development and improvement with the department; Assists administrators in PD planning; Carries out other duties as assigned.
